Effective September 17, 2026. This policy applies to justingoochlaw.com, operated by Gooch Law, 1039 E Burnett Ave, Louisville, KY 40217.
What we collect
When you send a message through the site, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address and the details you choose to share. The site also records ordinary technical information such as your IP address and browser type through its hosting logs, and uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to represent you. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use it for marketing lists. Analytics data is used only to improve the site.
Confidentiality
Sending a message does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include highly sensitive information in a website message before you have spoken with the attorney. Once Gooch Law represents you, your communications are protected by attorney-client privilege and the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct.
Third-party services
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person and not a bot. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps. Each of those services has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies for analytics and for the security services above. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to contact us by phone or email.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted where the law allows, email jgooch@justingoochlaw.com or call (502) 475-0556.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
