Free consultation

Start with a conversation that costs nothing.

Answer a few questions and Justin will call you back, usually the same business day. No obligation, no pressure, and a straight answer about whether you have a case.

What happened?

The form asks different questions depending on whether you need help with an injury, a criminal charge or an estate matter, so Justin can prepare before the call.

  • Injury claims on contingency: no fee unless there is a recovery
  • Criminal and estate matters quoted before work begins
  • Phone, video or in person at 1039 E Burnett Ave

Please share only the basic information needed to request a consultation, and do not send confidential documents or sensitive case details through this form. Sending a request does not create an attorney-client relationship. Justin will explain the next steps before you share more.

Before the call

What to have handy, if you have it.

None of this is required. It just makes the first conversation more useful.

Injury or accident

The police or incident report number, the other driver's insurance card, photos, the names of any witnesses, and where you have been treated so far.

Criminal charge

The citation or charging paperwork, your next court date, the name of the court, and any bond conditions or protective orders you were given.

Will, estate or probate

Any existing will or trust, a rough list of what the estate owns and owes, the death certificate if there is one, and who the family members are.

What to expect

The first call, in three parts.

You talk, Justin listens

Tell it in your own words. Justin will ask about dates, documents and who else is involved. Fifteen to thirty minutes is typical.

An honest assessment

Whether you have a case, what the deadlines are, what it would cost and what Justin would do first. If another lawyer is the better fit, he will say so.

Your decision

There is no pressure to sign anything. If you want to go ahead, Justin explains the engagement letter and the next steps.
